IF YOU RESIDE OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION:

If you reside in a country outside of the EU, tax will not be added and you will personally be responsible for any potential custom charges or fees imposed upon delivery.


Adhesive disclaimer

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you understand that any and all application of our product on a painted surface may result in potential damage to that surface. All decals and vinyl with adhesive is to be considered a risk of damaging underlaying surface and should not be applied if at all worried. Ridertags.com is not responsible for damaged surfaces that may or may not have been a result of poor paint(job), prior damages, prior cleaning, use of surface cleaners or other situations at all where decals or vinyl have been applied.

In short, please know and understand that if you put something with adhesive on something either painted or at all fragile that depending on usage, time, the paint job itself just to name a few factors that it might damage or otherwise affect that surface. If at all worried please refrain from applying and even buying vinyl stickers.

We do not have access to your credit card information or social security number, these data are processed by our partners PayPal and Stripe. Their privacy policy can be found on their respective websites.

We can delete data that has no statutory storage requirements (eg Bookkeeping Act) or if we have other legitimate reasons or are obliged to save them as for example to be able to process your order. Our webshop and products are not targeted to people under 18 years of age. We delete the information if we learn that we have received personal data from a child under the age of 18 unless the law requires us to save them. Transport Damage & Unclaimed Packages If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, immediately report this to us. Packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days will be charged to you with a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight costs.*In accordance with the new EU rules (SFS 2005:59) (20140613) customer orders within EU.

Force Majeure

Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.


Payment
All products remain RIDE ALL DAY AB property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from
 Ridertags.com/Ride All Day AB.

All transfers conducted through
 Ridertags.com and RIDE ALL DAY AB are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
